Mr. Panagiotis Andrianopoulos holds the position of President and CEO at PLANNING MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS SA. He graduated with honors as a Mechanical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens and earned the 1st place from the Industrial Engineering Department. He did his master at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, where he acquired the Master’s of Engineering in Supply Chain Management. The subject of his thesis concerned the collaboration in synchronized forecasting, CPFR and VMI between Procter & Gamble USA και Delhaize America. He also holds an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School.
As a consultant specialized in supply chain management, he has collaborated with series of private and public organizations such as: Frigoglass, Elais – Unilever, COSCO, United Pipe & Steel USA, Association of Greek Industries (SEV), Hellenic Post, Hellenic Post Courier, Speedex, Apivita, Barba Stathis, Lavipharm among others. As a project team member, he has contributed and offered consulting services in operations reengineering, warehouse design, optimization of logistics networks, collaboration between retailers and suppliers, application of Balanced Scorecard System and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Management by Objectives, Activity Based Costing, Work Sampling Method among others.
He has extended experience in the field of sustainability and carbon footprint of logistics.
