Ioannis V. Manolis is a distinguished executive with a long-standing and exemplary career in the fields of quality management, human resources, and project leadership, boasting over 15 years of professional experience across the logistics and construction sectors. He currently serves as Chief Quality Officer and HR Director at Logika, where he spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Since the inception of Logika, Mr. Manolis has been instrumental in designing and implementing integrated strategies in both quality assurance and human capital management. His visionary leadership has decisively contributed to the company’s organizational growth and operational efficiency. He oversees the full spectrum of HR operations for approximately 400 employees across the group’s companies and has personally supervised the construction of four new logistics hubs and seven office complexes.
In addition, he holds comprehensive responsibility for the European project GREENTURN, which he has successfully managed from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seamless coordination among all participating stakeholders. Under his stewardship, the company’s facilities have attained prestigious certifications such as LEED Gold, GDP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SQAS, and AEOF, affirming Logika’s adherence to the highest international standards.
Prior to joining Logika, Mr. Manolis was the founder and Project Director of MNL Constructions S.A., where he oversaw a wide array of complex infrastructure projects, including industrial facilities, logistics centers, and hospitality resorts. In this capacity, he managed budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams, always striving for optimal execution and regulatory compliance. His professional journey commenced as a civil engineer at the Region of Western Attica.
Academically, Mr. Manolis possesses a rich and multifaceted educational background. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Furthermore, he has completed two additional postgraduate programs at the National Technical University of Athens: one in Occupational Health & Safety and another in Civil Engineering, the discipline from which he originally graduated.
A consummate polyglot, he is fluent in English and possesses advanced proficiency in French, Italian, and Spanish. Mr. Manolis is widely recognized for his unwavering professional integrity, discretion in handling sensitive matters, ability to lead high-performing teams, and his adeptness at managing complex, multi-layered projects.
